Mongkok Tea House is inspired by 1970s Hong Kong, a time when British influence introduced Western dining ideas into local Hong Kong culture, creating a city with its own naturally fusion food identity.

In Australia, we reinterpret that spirit through a modern Asian fusion menu, combining Asian flavours and techniques with the finest local ingredients. Our food is designed to feel familiar yet unexpected—rooted in memory, but presented in a fresh and contemporary way.

Each season, our team selects the freshest produce from the market and works closely with suppliers to ensure every dish reflects the best ingredients available at that time.
