Rosheen Kaul Guest Chef Experience

One Night Only — 18 March 2026 | Mongkok Tea House, Camberwell

Melbourne chef, Award-Winning Author and Australian food personality Rosheen Kaul is taking over the kitchen at Mongkok Tea House on 18 March 2026.

She is the chef behind the sold-out French Chinese pop-up Bistro Marigold, which famously booked out an entire month in just one day. Former head chef of Etta - Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year 2023, Rosheen trained at top restaurants including the two-hatted Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Lee Ho Fook, and has collaborated with some of Australia's most celebrated chefs and venues.

For this special evening, Rosheen will present a 4-course menu featuring 7 dishes and 2 desserts, priced at $188 per person, with a vegan menu option also available.

Guests will also have the option to elevate the experience with a Chivas Regal cocktail pairing for $95 per person, crafted by award-winning bartender Henry Li — Hennessy My Way Global Top 50 and Chivas Masters national finalist. His specially designed cocktails will be created to perfectly complement Rosheen’s menu and enhance the flavours of the evening.
