Chapter One|The Big Feast

Lunar New Year Banquet

Created exclusively for the Lunar New Year, our CNY Banquet is a multi-course dining experience centred on abundance, balance, and shared moments.

From refined seafood starters to indulgent mains and a symbolic eight-treasure finale, each course is designed to unfold as a complete festive journey.

Menu highlights include:

  • Scallop & Crab Radish Cake Katsu
    Hokkaido scallop and wild claw crab, crisp radish cake, yuzu crème fraîche, finished with Kaluga Hybrid Caviar — a dish built on texture, contrast, and refinement.

  • Lobster Tail with Caviar
    Confit butternut squash, egg noodles, focaccia shallot crumb, pork rinds, and our house-made Buddha’s Temptation Sauce, finished with Kaluga Hybrid Caviar — rich, generous, and made for celebration.

This Lunar New Year, our cocktail programme is led by a Hennessy 2024 Global Top 10 Bartender, bringing international-level technique and storytelling to the bar.

In collaboration with Hennessy VSOP, we present a limited-edition cocktail selection inspired by tea, aroma, and celebration — crafted exclusively for the Lunar New Year and available only during this period.

A rare opportunity to experience Hennessy through a global competition lens, at Mongkok Tea House.

Chapter Five|Caviar & Nightcap

As the evening draws on, the celebration continues with Kaluga Hybrid Caviar, served with focaccia, crème fraîche, and chives — the perfect pairing for a final drink.
